Welcome reception
18 July 2021. (Sunday), 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
The Welcome reception of the ECPA 2021 Conference will be held in the Aula of the University of Public Service – Ludovika Campus, Educational Centre: the Venue of the Conference.
If you wish, you will be able to register for the conference already during the Welcome reception. Registration is possible between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. at the Venue of the Conference, the University of Public Service – Ludovika Campus, Educational Centre (Budapest Üllői street 82.)
If you are a presenter, during this time-period (5:00 – 7:00 p.m.) you will have the opportunity to visit the room where your presentation will take place and you can check with our technical colleagues that everything is running smoothly with your presentation.
Dress code: casual.

Gala Dinner
21 July 2021. (Wednesday), 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
At the foot of the Chain Bridge, opposite the Buda Castle on the Danube, the “Spoon the boat” will host the Gala dinner of the ECPA 2021 Conference. (Address: 1052- Budapest, Vigadó sq, Port 3.)
We would like to welcome you to the “Spoon the boat” – an elegant and iconic restaurant ship – for not only a gastronomic experience, but also to enjoy the most spectacular view on the Danube.
Please note that the Gala Dinner is subject to 50 EUR / person booking fee (Student booking fee: 25 EUR / person).
