Accompanying person registration fee includes
– refreshments, coffee breaks and lunches at the Conference venue 19 and 21-22. July 2021
– half day Budapest sightseeing tour Monday, 19 July 2021
– half day program in Budapest Wednesday, 21 July 2021
– welcome reception, Sunday, 18 July 2021
Accompanying person additional fees:
– participation in the technical tour which is subject to an additional EUR 50/person booking fee, Tuesday, 20 July 2021
– participation in the gala dinner which is subject to an additional EUR 50/ person booking fee, Wednesday, 21 July 2021
Passed deadlines
- All abstracts must be received by 12pm Wednesday 30th September 2020, 12 p.m. CET.
- Authors will be advised whether accepted for oral, suggested for poster presentations or rejected, by Monday 26th October 2020, 12 p.m. CET.
- Full papers (8 pages) will then be required by 30th November 2020, 12 p.m. CET.
